This is a great bag. It is well made and holds A LOT. Right now I have my Canon XSI with battery grip (which fits fine, I was worried about that), with a EF28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II USM Standard zoom attached, EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens,
EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Lens in its soft case, EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM SLR Lens, Speedlite 430EX II Flash, SBM Supreme Light Diffuser, Gary Fong Puffer Pop Up Flash Diffuser, Tamrac MXS536801 Memory & Battery Management Wallet, camera charger, and all the lens hoods, all my cleaning items, camera guide, and I still have room to add a EF 50mm f1.4 USM Standard & Medium Telephoto Lens, and a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM Lens when I get them later this year. WOW! that is just in the main compartment. I also have a small pair of binoculars in the side pouch, various cables, memory cards etc..in the pouches on the outside.
I will say it is not quite the quality of my Lowepro Sling 200 but it is close and if this holds up I probably have found my last bag for a while.
As far as the weight with all that in it, it really does not bother me that much as I am 6′-3″, 280lbs. But I do not feel that it is all that heavy. I also have a smaller day bag for the camera when I travel that I can fold and put in my suitcase.
Very happy with this and recommend it, though I have not traveled with it yet…will update when I do.

I bought this bag to hold all my gear, 2 camera bodies, 6 lenses, 1 flash, 1 HD camcorder, and 2 tripods. I really like the tripod mount on the side. With all my gear it is quite heavy. So far so good, it has held up on about 5 snowshoe hikes. I can also pack my lunch/days worth of food in one of the many outside zipper compartments. Two PB&J sandwiches for the day have never become squashed! This bag packs alot! It has worked out great snowshoeing and I plan to use it while mtn biking. It’s kind of like a suitcase for a large camera set.
